This role is a blend of operational and strategic HR with exciting projects and good volume of work.

This role plays a key part in the delivery of a broad range of HR activities and programmes across the business division along with coordinating with the wider group   Your role will be to implement key initiatives that advance the internal people operations of the division and drive employee engagement to achieve our purpose.   This will involve facilitating effective HR initiatives along with providing advice and solutions on people issues to support the business.   The outcome will be to help make this organisation a great place to work while maintaining high levels of productivity that is essential for our competitiveness in market.

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with responsibility for BAU HR and working with leadership teams:

  • HRIS processes
  • Reporting
  • Annual Leave management
  • Recruitment support – online process, guiding managers with the process
  • Facilitating answers to general queries
  • Coaching managers
  • Supporting quarterly check-in process on goals
  • Review of bonus/commission structures
  • Support with company wide and team engagement events and initiatives
  • Coordination of Social Club events
  • Internal moves and induction
