Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Coordinator to join the team. This is a 6–8-week contract role with the potential of being a permanent role. This role requires assisting the Group HR Manager in the recruitment, management, administration, development, and retention of all Human resources across the business.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Managing recruitment, interview, and offer

Maintain all employee documents

Support with joining and onboarding tasks

Assisting with different projects
-
Ensuring payroll software is utilised correctly
-
Liaise with accounts and other departments for payroll-related information
-
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
-
Assist and coordinate training for new staff
Key Requirements for this role:

Computer literacy/ MS office
-
Desire to take ownership

Excellent communication, organisational skills

Highly organised with attention to detail

Collaborative and adaptable
-
Strong people orientation
