Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Coordinator to join the team. This is an FT role till Feb 2024 (parental leave cover). This role requires supporting the Human Resource Team in providing HR Services to managers and employees.

You will have the following responsibilities:
  • Supporting recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain all employee documents and variation
  • Support with joining and onboarding tasks
  • Assisting with induction
  • Liaise with accounts and other departments for payroll-related information
  • Maintaining database
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
  • Improving HR systems and managing reports
 
Key Requirements for this role:
  • Computer literacy/ MS office
  • Desire to take ownership
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Collaborative and adaptable
  • Strong people orientation
