  • Temporary assignment commencing ASAP till January - Up to five days notice period
  • Based in Petone
  • $35.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large high-profile government agency and support a busy HR/Recruitment team. You will be providing a range of support functions and using your existing HR knowledge and skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mix of payroll, HR and recruitment support
  • Recruitment coordination
  • Writing and posting ads
  • Responding to applicants
  • Helping put together contracts (templates)
  • Generating letters of offer
  • Entering new starters into their onboarding system

You will need to have the follow proven experience and attributes:

  • Proven HR or Recruitment experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to anticipate needs
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up systems and processes
  • Experience using Snaphire is a bonus
  • Positive “can do” attitude and keen to learn
