Reporting to the Head of HR, this is an opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator for a permanent role.

Come and join a corporate organisation in the Auckland CBD, as part of a busy and collaborative team. 

This role will support the Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor to provide high quality, practical and responsive HR support.

You will have responsibility for support in the following areas:

  • HR Administration and Coordination

  • HR projects

  • Recruitment and onboarding support

  • Grad Recruitment programme support with national travel (annually) 

  • Learning & Development support, including LMS administration

  • Employee lifecycle support- policies & compliance

  • Stakeholder engagement in a high touch environment
