I’m searching for a confident, and reliable HR Coordinator to join this great People and Leadership team of 15. You will be responsible for providing consistent, high-quality, and efficient HR coordination support and service to staff and managers. You will be a key contributor to the organisation’s overall success with sound HR processes and procedures.

This role is a dynamic, fast-paced, and varied opportunity, that would be well-suited to someone with high resilience, and an ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

This is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming HR Coordinator, or a well-seasoned HR administrator.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting managers with hiring and onboarding new employees
  • Preparing offer letters, employment agreements, and all other HR documentation
  • Manage a busy shared inbox
  • Become involved in exciting HR projects as required
  • Be the first point of call and main contact for all HR queries
  • Contribute in a positive way to the team with a “can-do” attitude

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience providing quality support to a busy HR team
  • An ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
  • A willingness and motivation to learn and be involved in projects
  • A team player, with a high level of resilience and sound judgement
