Opportunity to join an organisation in the Auckland CBD in a sole charge role- with good WFH options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generalist HR remit
• Setting up policies and procedures
• Driving leadership capability and coaching Managers
• Employment relations
• Managing the internal inbox
• Recruitment onboarding, & offboarding
• Contract generation and managing complex variations
• Creating waged payroll 
• People data management

This is a role that is largely operational HR - if you are a self starter- who enjoys an environment where everyday is different and you get to make the role your own- can manage some challenging stakeholders and want full responsibility for all things people- then this is a great opportunity for you!
