To be successful in the role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years in an HR management role, be tertiary qualified and have previous experience in a financial institution- although not essential.
You will need to bring a 'can-do' attitude, a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, fluent Mandarin speaker, and be well planned and organised.
