We are looking for an experienced HR manager, to join an SME in financial services, who can speak fluent Mandarin.

Key responsibilities;

  • Oversee the daily operation of HR and Administration functions
  • HR legislation compliance
  • End to end recruitment
  • Generalist support to Managers
  • Performance Management
  • Project management
  • Reporting
  • Learning & Development initiatives
  • Health & Safety

To be successful in the role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years in an HR management role, be tertiary qualified and have previous experience in a financial institution- although not essential.

You will need to bring a 'can-do' attitude, a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, fluent Mandarin speaker, and be well planned and organised.
