The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing high quality and timely human resource advice and support services for the New Zealand business. This role will be responsible for providing best practice generalist and specialist advice to support and empower managers in attracting, developing and retaining talent.
This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy in NZ, while also assisting with global projects to enable organisational success.
The role is sole charge and will manage all HR end to end- so you'll need to roll your sleeves up for this one!

- Manage the provision of training
- Workforce planning initiatives
- HR initiatives
- Recruitment
- ER/IR- collective bargaining
- Reporting and documentation
