To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong leader who inspires others and engenders confidence, has well developed strategic planning skills and is a good coach.

Ideally you will be very people focussed, have initiative and can work well autonomously with a high level of integrity. Bring your proven experience at management level and ability to execute strategic and operational plans.
