- HR Operations Manager

The role will ensure the provision of high quality, efficient and compliant HR administration and coordination services, consistent employee documentation, processes and policies across the employee life cycle.
Key responsibilities for HR operational excellence:
- Team leadership- 3 direct reports
- Manage and triage the HR inbox
- Ensure consistent and effective application of HR documentation, policies and processes
- Maintain HR records
- Lead cyclical processes eg remuneration review
- Mange onboarding and off boarding
- Policies, systems and compliance management
- Drive continuous improvement
- Effective use of systems and data
- HR qualification or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR operations
- Sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation
- Proven experience in leading and developing a small team
