We are looking for an experienced HR/ER Advisor for our client who is highly regarded in health sector. You will be coaching, advising and supporting managers on HR and ER matters; responding to manager and employee queries on all aspects of HR matters.
Key responsibilities:
- HR advisory service - provide advice, guidance and support to managers on HR and ER aspect
- HR planning & organisation development – work with HR team in developing HR service framework and strategy
- Talent management – work with hiring managers in recruiting, developing and retaining the capabilities required
- Employee Performance& Development – support managers in performance review and professional development process
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in providing HR/ER service
- Sound knowledge of NZ Employment legislation
- Strong stakeholder management
- An excellent communicator with strong influential skill
- A great team player who willing to share knowledge and upskill the team
