This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large high-profile government agency and support a busy HR/Recruitment team. You will be providing a range of support functions and using your existing HR knowledge and skills.

  • Administration support to a team of HR/Recruitment Advisors
  • Opportunity to learn and contribute to a busy team
  • $25.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Experience using Snaphire or other HR/Recruitment systems

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create jobs and load adverts in Snaphire
  • Offer and onboarding documents
  • Prioritising workload and following up on actions
  • Administrator pre-employment checks
  • Formatting and editing documents
  • General administration support

You will need to have the follow proven experience and attributes:

  • Proven HR or Recruitment Administration experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to anticipate needs
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up systems and processes
  • Experience using Snaphire is a bonus
  • Positive “can do” attitude and keen to learn
