I’m searching for someone with a strong administrative background to join a busy HR team based in Newtown. In this role you will be able to ‘make your mark’, having the opportunity to make this role your own, working with the wider HR team to build workflows, processes, and provide a customer centric service.

This opportunity will suit a dedicated, motivated, and team-centric individual who thrives on variety and client engagement. You will be jointly responsible for the employee life cycle, inclusive of recruitment, employment contracts, variations, and resignation.

In addition to this, you will provide key HR and Recruitment support and coordination, ensuring HR best practice is delivered to the organisation.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General recruitment and HR coordination
  • Key point of call for any HR queries and escalating as required
  • Drafting contract and employment agreements
  • HR inbox maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance of employment legislation and maintaining accurate employee records

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience providing high quality support in a team environment
  • A high level of resilience and initiative
  • An ability to work autonomously and take ownership of key responsibility areas
  • A team player, with a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to juggle competing deadlines
