- HRIS System Administration
- 12 month fixed term contract
Opportunity to join a key global retailer to support the move to a new Time and Attendance system interfacing with outsourced payroll and a recruitment system.
You will be responsible for providing reliable system support, guidance and direction to system users. You will assist with the day to day system operations and maintain the integrity of the system data, help drive fault resolutions, optimise efficiencies and where possible enhance systems capability, provide regular reports and status updates to your management team highlight performance issues, all whilst providing exceptional customer service to your internal and external stakeholders.
To be suitable for this role you will be an experienced HRIS Systems Administrator. You will be comfortable being a key point of contact for systems related queries and can faciliate training ( programme provided) where required, liaise with IT, payroll and an international Head Office.You will need to learn the system and be able to work in the back end of it
This system will be rolled out in NZ and later in the year you will be involved in the roll out through Australia.
A good knowledge of Time and Attendance Systems and how they are set up, is essential.
