Opportunity to be a sole charge HR Lead within a global company located within City Fringe. Will work closely with the MD and leadership team to ensure the implementation of effective people practices.

As the Human Resources Lead, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be providing end to end support, advice and guidance in relation to all employment and human resources matters to all leaders in the business.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Stakeholder management
•    Recruitment
•    Onboarding and Induction
•    Employment agreements
•    Performance reviews
•    Performance management
•    Disciplinary matters and investigations
•    Salary reviews
•    HR systems

This role requires a HR professional with 5 to 7 years senior HR experience either as an HR Manager or Senor Business Partner.   Ideally suited to individuals who have been in a sole charge role previously.
