What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
We want to hear from recruiters who have already proven themselves in an agency environment.
You'll bring:
- Previous recruitment agency experience (essential)
- A successful track record in 360 recruitment, business development, or account management
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset and a genuine passion for recruitment
- Resilience, drive, and a commitment to achieving results
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Experience recruiting within HR, Professional Services, or related verticals would be highly regarded
