- Identity Architect (IAM)

Our client is transitioning to the Cloud, so this role requires practical architecture — designing how systems integrate and ensuring the right identity and access controls underpin that environment. This role plays a key part in shaping secure, scalable identity solutions across a complex ecosystem.
We’re looking for someone who understands IAM end-to-end — from privileged access management and segregation of duties, through to federation, modern authentication standards, and how identity integrates into a broader enterprise security architecture.
Key Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in IAM architecture roles,
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft identity stack, including: Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Azure RBAC, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365
- Experience across WIAM and CIAM, with an understanding of differing design patterns and risk profiles
- Practical experience implementing privileged access management and segregation of duties (SoD) controls
- Hands-on knowledge of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, LDAP
- Experience architecting IAM across hybrid and cloud-transitioning environments
- Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical IAM architecture
