About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Identity Engineer with experience in workforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) to help modernise our enterprise client’s identity landscape. This is a delivery-focused role—suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, modernising legacy systems, and implementing new IAM capabilities end-to-end.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to transform how identity supports the organisation—driving secure, scalable access as they continue their cloud migration journey. This role focuses on building robust identity controls, improving user experience, and implementing Identity Governance across a complex, evolving environment.
To be considered you must have:
- Proven experience in IAM engineering or specialist roles, with accountability for delivering solutions,
Strong expertise across the Microsoft identity stack:
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory
- Azure RBAC
- Conditional Access
- Microsoft 365
Strong understanding of IAM concepts end-to-end, including:
- Privileged access management
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) and toxic access mitigation
- Federation and authentication standards (e.g. SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Hands-on experience implementing IAM in hybrid environments, particularly through cloud migration programs,
- Ability to translate architecture into implementable IAM solutions Prior involvement in large-scale identity programs spanning migration, uplift, and BAU,
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
