Inbound Customer Services

A great opportunity exists for night work Inbound Customer Services agents to assist with increased demand. Hours of work will be 6:30pm to 3:00am, Thursday to Tuesday. Full time commitment is required for the duration of the assignment with Wednesdays being your designated off day.

Duties include:

  • Answering of Inbound customer calls
  • Recording of customer details
  • Accurate entry of customer request

Requirements needed:

  • Customer Services skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Great confident communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills

Due to the nature of working hours, it is essential for you to have your own, reliable transport. Residing on the Northshore with easy access to Takapuna would certainly be beneficial. In-house training will be provided to the successful candidates.
