Our Client is New Zealand's Leading Auto Service Specialists and is looking for a New Team Member who has Strong Customer Service and Resolution Skills to join their Team for their busy period.
The key focus of this role is to ensure the Customers of Our Client have the Best Experience with the Call Centre Team regarding their product.
You will be proactively receiving calls from customers who may be interested in the client’s products and services, have queries about the purchases and you will be following up with possible faults and supporting these customers with a resolution. You will also enjoy turning service calls into sales leads to meet with your sales targets.
This is a great chance for you to showcase your customer service and sales skills in a dynamic new team.
About the role:
- Full time permanent positions available
- Greenlane based site
- Monday to Friday hours, with expectation to work 1 Saturday each month
- Robust on-boarding and progression pathway for all new team members

- Excellent computer & typing skills and speed
- Past customer service experience
- Strong technical ability with a passion for problem solving
- Excellent and professional phone manner
