In this role you will need to be sales + customer focused, not only getting the sale across the line but ensuring your customers receive a high standard of service from end to end.
In this role you will be receiving inbound calls; converting calls to sales, providing product information and quotes to your customers. In addition to this you will be making follow up calls to customers that you have previously provided quotes to, along with calls to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase.
You will join a team that is collaborative in their approach, supporting each other and celebrating the successes of the team. You will work with a manager who is approachable and provides ongoing coaching and training.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a contact centre; ideally inbound or outbound sales/ retention or a sales focused retail role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent processing skills with the ability to carry on a conversation at the same time
- Strong customer service skills
- NZ Citizen/Resident

Hours are Monday to Friday, with additional alternate Saturday hours required from 9am to 2pm.
