Inbound Customer Services - Day Shift
A great opportunity exists for Inbound Customer Services agents to assist with increased demand. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 5:00pm Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday. Full time commitment is required for the duration of the assignment.
Duties will include:
- Handling of customer calls
- Data entry of call details
- Accurate recording of customer request
Requirements:
- Previous phone-based Customer Services skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Confident communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
Located with easy access to public transport, getting to work will be a breeze. Residing on the Northshore would be beneficial. In-house training will be provided to the successful candidates.
