We are currently seeking 4 x Administrators to join an organisation based in Upper Hutt. These temporary roles will be commencing ASAP. If you are keen to work closer to home without the daily commute this could be a great opportunity for you.

  • ASAP Start for 12 months

  • $25.00 per hour

  • Working as part of a supportive team and learning new skills and processes

  • Onsite parking

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collating and researching of information from a range of legislation and policies.

  • Photocopying and scanning of documents.

  • Calculating entitlements

  • General administration tasks

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven administration experience

  • Must be confident with researching and collating information

  • Good attention to detail

  • Someone who is comfortable with repetitive tasks

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship

  • Clear Criminal Check

  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice

  • Able to commit for the assignment duration of 12 months
