We are seeking an Information Services Operations Lead to provide overall delivery and governance of the Infrastructure and Service Management activities.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational stability and overall quality and performance of the service delivery of all infrastructure and service management services. This role will use a broad range of technologies and actively engage with external experts and resources to remain abreast of new developments and requirement.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in an ICT Operations Management role.
- Solid understanding of operational delivery with proven track record in delivering infrastructure and service management transformational projects.
- Strong technical skills and relevant training on computer and hardware, wide area and local networks, security, server environments, and cloud-based computing.
- Experience using networking, firewalls, and Microsoft Product Suite.
- Relationship building and management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
