ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is currently seeking a confident, mature Infrastructure Services Manager to lead the way in establishing good metrics, reporting and business improvement measures throughout the Systems, Network and Data Centre Teams.
You will be process improvement focussed with strong change management experience. You will be intelligent and have the ability to articulate yourself clearly in reports and have strong technical knowledge. Ideally you will have a project management and / or operational management background. You will have come up through the ranks from a technical background and have the ability to help with technical decision making and deal with escalations from your technical team leads.
ABOUT THE ROLE
People management, technical leadership, business relationship management, strategic planning, contributing to new products and services - this role's got the lot. You will have to be someone that is exceptional at being able to prioritise tasks, has great strategic vision and feels comfortable putting your viewpoint across.
Experience in Cloud Hosting would definitely be a bonus. Strong technical knowledge of VMWare Server Virtualisation and Storage is required.
