- Seeking exceptional Revit capability
- Opportunity to get out on site
- Fabulous team culture
About the practice
This practice have remained small enough to retain the family feel which is important to them. There is often a hub of activity due to the number of projects and you will find the management structure quite flat here.
Collaboration - The project teams may vary depending on the size and duration of projects, but one thing all staff have in common is they are willing to join together to help each other out, share knowledge and work together in a way that everyone ends up on their favourite task. There is enough variety to put your hand up and choose.
Learning is encouraged - in fact their preferred job seeker are those who are not only curious about architecture, but super keen to soak up the learning. There are a number of senior staff around with a wealth of knowledge to learn from.
Problem Solving - always part of the architectural process, there is plenty of opportunity to sink your teeth into designing solutions in this practice.
You are motivated and ready to sink your teeth into a new opportunity. Ideally you want something that can offer you more, like the opportunity to put your hand up and choose your preferred project to be part of and even have the opportunity to get out on site.
Your project experience includes some element of having worked on complex projects. You enjoy getting technical while focusing on functionality.
Of course you have good knowledge of NZS3604, building consent documentation experience and for the more senior role, BIM knowledge, some design experience and the capability of co-ordinating large teams.
