Our client is seeking an experienced Intermediate HR Adviser, you will work amongst the wider HR Team to deliver HR services that enable the achievement of their strategic and operational goals.
You will be responsible for contributing to the team in specialist areas of HR (for example employee engagement, performance management, change management, team development, remuneration, training, employment relations etc.).
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in doing generalist HR, be customer focussed
- The ability to coach managers to develop capability in staff
- Strong relationship skills
- Well-developed problem solving skills
