The role will be supporting seniors QS's, and project managers in an evolving role including estimating and preparing tender documentation, preparing bills of quantity's, measuring costs, sub contractor interaction and contract administration.
To date you have been working with a known interiors contractors, ideally in the Auckland region. You have sound market knowledge and an appreciation for the type of clients in this sector. You have between 5+ years of experience, you are tertiary qualified and seek further professional development.
Naturally you are a confident communicator, you are proactive, can switch quickly between urgency of tasks and are highly motivated to achieve results. Above all you are service centric and value your clients and project delivery.
Salary $80K - $110K
