Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing cost schedules
- Carrying out measures using CostX
- Trade analysis, negotiation, review and appointment
- Reviewing drawings and documentation for cost impact
- Valuation of variations and VO assessments
- Cost control, claims processing and payment claims
About You
- 3–5 years’ NZ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the commercial construction sector
- Strong understanding of on-site construction processes
- Experience with CostX and commercial cost reporting
- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying
- Well-organised, detail-focused and commercially astute
