Our client is an award-winning leader in their industry, now looking for an experienced Inventory / Supply Chain Controller to join their growing team.

About the position:

Manage the Inventory Control process of raw materials and finished products

Manage the Purchase Order process
-
Forecast and plan purchasing to ensure no shortages

Manage the receipt and warehousing of purchased items in an efficient manner

Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinate stocktakes and cyclic counts

Ensure discrepancies and stock variances are investigated & inventory adjusted to maintain accuracy

Manage stock returns in a prompt manner

Coordinate warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization

Manage and monitor inventory of finished products stored with 3PL partners
About you:
-
You must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in inventory control role with high volume stock coordination

Hands-on expertise in warehouse management is a must
-
Forklift License advantageous

Good project management skills
-
Must have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Must have financial acumen - you can budget, forecast, analyse, and accurately report on purchasing costs
