Technology Transformation & Digital is Beyond’ s largest specialization nationally, with highly experienced senior Management who work actively in the business. We have over twenty consultants working within the TTD practices in Auckland and Wellington and are supported by a structured sales strategy. We provide the recruitment infrastructure, the training, a professional and values-oriented environment, and provide the opportunity and support to take your career to new levels.
In this role you will manage a range of clients, both contract and permanent assignments. Remuneration is uncapped and only limited by your ambition. You are experienced in building a high performing recruitment desk.
Manage your desk as your own business and thrive in a busy goal-oriented sales environment. In terms of work experience, you have previous success in an IT recruitment role. You build long term relationships with key hiring managers and the best candidates across Auckland. You are an outstanding client relationship manager. You like to consult and you are good at it! You are good at listening to your clients and using that information to find new business opportunities and match great candidates to your client’s roles.
