About the role
As a Client Manager within the IT&T Transformation Team you will have a multi-faceted position that will significantly grow your recruitment skills. As a Client Manager you will be expected to build new business and account manage some of New Zealand’s highest profile companies. You will be tasked with building relationships with some of the country’s best known senior IT Leaders. You will be running an end to end Recruitment desk with both a candidate and client facing element. As a Client Manager in our team we ask a lot of you. We expect you to be able to have strategic and commercially oriented business discussions with our clients. We expect you to make placements at an industry leading level, and we expect you to bring your best self and drive your business with passion and energy every day. Skills and experience required
Specialist experience operating in an Agency Recruitment role
A history and a passion for exceeding targets, kpi’s and goals in your career
Proven examples and experience in negotiating and influencing business outcomes
Previous experience building business relationships and networking with clients
A positive mindset with a track record of handling tough situations which have required resilience and grit to succeed in
Examples of how you have had to go above the normal call of duties in order to meet your goals and targets
Excellent learning abilities and openness to coaching
Proven examples of where you have had to utilize strong judgement and decision-making skills
