Key responsibilities include:

Organizing catering, team lunches and Friday after work drinks

Weekly grocery order & unpacking delivery

Meeting rooms tidied + tech set up for meetings

Ad-hoc assistance with meetings & events
-
Keep snacks topped up
-
Keep kitchen & lunch area tidy - dishwasher load/unload, clean coffee machine weekly
-
Coordinate renovations with building company
-
Coordinate with internal IT support team on any technical needs for the office
-
Liaise with building/office management for any office related needs
-
Checking post box regularly and distributing mail as required
-
Responding to queries from a range of customers both inbound and outbound calls

General administration tasks
To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
- Live in Wellington
