About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership across an enterprise Salesforce platform. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to build robust, best practice, user-focused products that support better outcomes for end users, stakeholders, and communities nationwide. Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical development on the Salesforce platform
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams
- Drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
- Champion configuration-first and low-code approaches where appropriate
- Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive Salesforce development experience
- Strong understanding of architecture and design patterns
- Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise CRM environments
- Proven leadership experience mentoring or guiding technical teams
- Experience working in agile environments and complex organisations
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and middleware (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft preferred)
