This newly created OD leadership role will be a great opportunity to lead a small team and focus on leadership development.
You will be experienced designing and rolling out effective leadership development frameworks within an organisation that will lift individual and organisational capability. Ideally you will have past experience leading a team, or you will have the desire to move into a leadership role for your next career move.
