Key Responsibilities:

  • The key focus is to develop and deliver leadership learning initiatives to build the skills of leaders.Capability solutions may be delivered via multiple channels and interventions including traditional classroom based solutions, social learning channels and other digital delivery innovations
  • Identify learning needs, design and build learning initiatives testing prototypes with  leaders
  • Implement initiatives and integrate into the curriculum, including learning-embedding, assessment of effectiveness in building leadership behaviour.
  • Facilitate a range of leadership initiatives which may include modules, action learning groups, briefings or lunch and learn sessions
  • Create insights from multiple sources of data to drive data driven discussion and decision making
  • Be part of the New Zealand and Global Capability community to encourage  learning and growth and development

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Experience in developing and implementing leadership initiatives, campaigns, and curriculum in a large organisation
  • Experience in learning needs analysis, human centred design, design and build of capability initiatives across a variety of channels
  • Excellent communication (oral and written)
  • Organisational and planning skills to support design and implementation of initiatives
  • Strong relationship management – displaying passion, drive and responsiveness to meeting stakeholder needs
  • Display curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset
