Outstanding opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to work with a leading insurance broker and provider of risk management services.
If you have experience working as HR Administrator/ Office Administrator/ Coordinator, this is a perfect role for you.
The L&D administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of learning programs that promote knowledge, skills, engagement, collaboration, compliance, business results, and personal development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high levels of service regarding accuracy and timeliness of service
- Maintain a master database of learners for all staff with high accuracy
- Provide administrative support and learning resources on parental/ sick leave
- Collect and track invoices, undertake reconciliation and then submit for approval
- Update printable versions of the hardcopy handbooks
- Provide support to all internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity around academic / compliance procedures
Key Requirements for this role:
- Highly accurate administration skills
- Ability to multi-task with very high levels of accuracy
- Stakeholder management
- Database management – excel including use of vlook up function
- Project management basics
