We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor for a large organisation based in Auckland Central. This is a great opportunity to showcase your L&D experience and sound communication skill in a large and complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver learning solutions
- Carry out Training Needs Analysis
- Manage stakeholder relationship
- Support L&D team to deliver key initiatives
- Performance consult across the organisation to determine the learning solutions
About you:
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience, preferably with commercial or public sector background
- A strong communicator
- Sound stakeholder management
- Able to start asap!
