Opportunity for a Learrning and Development Advisor to join an established organisation in South Auckland contributing to the planning, design, delivery and coordination of high quality programmes. Assist Managers to identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths and annual reviews.

You will work closely with the people leaders to ensure that their people have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to safely meet the needs of customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to building and developing training
  • Provide training resources and tools
  • Deliver and coordinate the company Orientation Programme and Inductions
  • Evaluate needs and plan training
  • Blended learning methods
  • Identify suitable external training providers
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programmes
  • Reporting and Recording

If you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role , cxan deliver training and can demonstate ability across blended learning methodologies- and are a great multi-tasker, adaptable, flexible , and well organised - and can demonstrate good use of initiative then this is a great opportunity for you!
