We are looking for a L&D Advisor for a well-regarded organisation which is NZ owned and operated. Our client is one of the leading specialists within its own industry with multiple locations nationwide. This is a newly created role which you can make it you own.
Key responsibilities:
- Support training system implementation
- Develop training modules and move the existing ones online
- Support onboarding process for new staff members
- Training facilitation
About you:
- 2-3 years’ experience in L&D space
- Experience in managing LMS
- A great communicator
- Sound stakeholder management
