Opportunity for an experienced Learning Specialist/Business Partner to join a national team with a global brand. Come and join a highly collaborative team and establish yourself as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong trust relationships with key stakeholders
• Input to strategy and strategy delivery
• Lead the delivery of national learning programs
• Budget management
• Event and conference management
• Supplier management
• Training needs analysis and some program design
• Adult learning facilitation

Come and be part of a national Learning and organisational development team that delivers the core learning framework and annual calendar- manage a  portfolio and get involved in exciting projects!

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of L&D design methodology 
• Experienced in adult learning
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Commercially astute
• Collaborative
• Trusted partner stakeholder management
