This role will design and deliver capability that lifts performance across the business with a strong focus on leadership, sales capability and commercial outcomes.
The role will translate business needs into practical, high-impact learning solutions, embedding capability that drives results.
Key Accountabilities:
- Set the L&D Strategy and Priorities
- Lead Learning Needs Analysis
- Design & Build High-Impact Programmes
- Deliver & Embed Capability
- Build Scalable Systems & Infrastructure
- Partner with the Business
- Manage external partners
- Measure Impact
- Operate as a Hands-on Lead
Experience:
- Proven experience in leading or building L&D in a practical, performance-driven environments
- Strong programme design capability
- Knowledge of a sales operating model
- Experience developing Senior Leaders, Team Leaders and frontline sales/service capability
- Skilled and credible facilitator
