Opportunity to lead and mentor the Learning and Development Team and work collaboratively with the business to provide learning to the business.
Responsible for the delivery of organisational learning and proactively building capability through training programmes, and measure, evaluate and continuously improve the programmes.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Leading, mentoring and uplifting team capability
- Leading L&D projects
- Oversee LMS administration
Key Skills and Experience:
- Solid L&D experience
- Instructional design
- Facilitation skills
- Design thinking experience
