Our client is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join their dynamic team for 6 months. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring maintenance work is accurately processed and delivered to agreed standards and that customer satisfaction is achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the daily maintenance for residential properties, including both planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Maintenance schedules, ensuring regular inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with safety standards
  • Liaise with external vendors and contractors to obtain quotes and ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Stay up to date with compliance and regulations
  • Act as a point of contact for residents regarding maintenance issues
  • Reporting and documentation
What we are looking for:
  • Must have experience as a property administrator or manager
  • Existing housing maintenance knowledge
  • Administrative support experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work to tight timeframes
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
