Our client is a large, institutional healthcare organisation.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Management Accountant to join a friendly and focused team on a fixed-term contract through to mid-2022. This role is to cover a period of extended leave and has some scope to continue thereafter.
This role will have a split between the usual core management accounting activities, such as monthly reporting, journals, etc, as well as having a secondary focus on the organisation’s facilities function, managing the end-to-end finance activities of a number of large capital projects. The role will also have exposure to a large, upcoming Oracle upgrading project, with some requirement to assist with testing, etc.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent), and have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar type of position in a large, complex organisation. Some experience withing the healthcare sector would be preferred but not essential. Strong exposure to the more complex areas of Accounts Payable and Capital Expenditure reporting would be highly regarded.
