As Manager Business Partnering, you will lead a team of highly experienced HR professionals who partner with the organisation to improve business and people related outcomes. Working closely with the Group General Manager People, Culture & Safety and other senior stakeholders, you will align the HR and business strategy and guide the direction for Waka Kotahi.  

A key part of this role will be to coach and mentor your team and continuing to embed the HR business partnership operating model. You will deliver modern business focussed solutions that improve customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement across the HR function and business to achieve great outcomes.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate your broad HR experience and deliver commercial and strategic advice and guidance that builds the capability of Waka Kotahi’s leadership, grows their talent and shapes the employee experience.
