Lead, develop and grow a team of frontline Gambling Regulators bedding in responsive risk based regulatory practice to meet agreed compliance outcomes

You will lead the day-to-day management of a front-line regulatory team and raise regulatory practice and performance, ensuring the Gambling Group effectively meets its outcomes.
You will have:
Strong operational leadership experience in a regulatory environment.
Demonstrated success in motivating and developing high performing front-line teams.
Solid understanding of regulatory concepts and functions.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
