Our client has engaged us exclusively to recruit this exciting opportunity. The Manager, Organisational Development leads and supports the Organisational Development Team who provide effective support and credible fit-for-purpose services and information to the business.

The role:

  • Create and bring to life initiatives aimed at “future-proofing” the workforce to ensure people and teams are diverse, capable, innovative, energised and resilient
  • You will support the development of an open and agile working approach and a values and purpose-led organisation
  • Integrate strategies and initiatives for diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing and Te Ao Maori into all Organisational Development activities
  • Bring purpose, value and vision to life

About you:

  • Experience in corporate organisations leading strategic initiatives related to culture and engagement, workforce planning, succession planning and talent management
  • Proven thought leadership skills and demonstrated creative thinking
  • Ability to build, develop and grow a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
