The newly established Workplace Services Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) is establishing a portfolio management approach to property management across our business.  We are seeking a proven leader who knows how to help Property Portfolio managers deliver property services to significant business units across Te Tari Taiwhenua. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark.

This is an exciting newly established role where you will provide the direction required for the establishment and operation of a Portfolio Management approach to significant diverse property assets.  You will also be leading a team of Property Managers to deliver property solutions to the business, with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will have proven experience in the following areas:

  • Implementation and delivery of a Portfolio Management function
  • Leading a high performing Property team
  • Experience in management of internal stakeholders and business owners
  • Experience in strategy setting, management of risks and benefits and prioritising activity
  • Working legislative and operational policy frameworks within a service delivery context
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is required
